Myles Makafui is a management consultant, employee engagement expert and sought-after conference speaker that addresses thousands of people every year, teaching practical, proven techniques and strategies that have transformed many lives and businesses, inspiring success everywhere.
Myles has being actively engaged in many sectors including information and communications technology (ICT), corporate branding, entertainment, non-governmental and non-profit organizations. As a computer scientist (majoring in software programming), his three-year tenure as a senior software architect and Project manager at Digital Solutions Nig. a leading software firm in Nigeria, was instrumental to the company’s current high-profile status. Myles also had a brief spell with Echo Communications were he contributed to corporate branding projects for the marketing communications firm.
Myles went on to start Matrix Intellisense, his own software company which majored in developing software for medical outfits that managed their entire operations, accounts and results. The company successfully deployed Labware, a medical laboratory software, for many A-list medical laboratories in Nigeria.
Myles is a member of the board of faculty of a number of reputable training firms in the country has been privileged to develop and facilitate trainings, both at entry and management levels, for leading multinationals such as Shell, Mobil, MTN, Etisalat, Diamond Bank, First Bank, GT Bank, Fidelity Bank, Cisco, British America Tobacco, UBA, Skye Bank, Union Bank, FRSC, Falck Prime Atlantic, Eko Electricity distribution company, Ikeja Electric amongst others.
Myles is also a young, award-winning speaker and facilitator who brings an innovative approach to his training style, he is engaging, thought-provoking and humorous.
He is also an associate director of StartUp Nigeria, a non-governmental/non-profit organization that aims to build and economically sound nation through relevantly empowered citizens.
He is also the founder of The EXCEL AFRICA Network an initiative that aims to unlock the potentials of young africans for global relevance.
He is very knowledgeable and well skilled in idea strategy, problem-solving, public speaking, proposal writing, communication etc.
